The compressor in your outside unit and the heat exchanger in your furnace are the most important parts and critical to the safe operation of your system. If the compressor fails in the first five years or the heat exchanger fails in the first 10 years, we agree to change out the entire unit (condenser or furnace) and not just the failed part.
